Note: The OBD02 model does not support connecting with iPhone. It is only compatible with Bluetooth devices!

If your OBD2 adapter does not connect, please follow the following steps do some trouble shooting:

1. Please remove the OBD2 adapter and plug it back in. Ensure it is properly inserted. Otherwise, it won't be read if it's not fully seated.
Reset the device, delete all phone connections in Bluetooth (Unpair the phone with the radio).
Re-pair the OBD2 adapter with the new password (1234) in Bluetooth and open Torque app.
Check if the OBD adapter can successfully connect to other devices. This will help determine if the issue may be with the device or the Bluetooth connection.
Try using a different smartphone phone.
If there is an "ECU error" message, click on the "Settings" icon in the Torque app -- Settings -- OBD2 Adapter Settings -- check the "Faster communication" option. See the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lQJqXe ... GfpEG/view
