If there is no sound after installing XTRONS OEM upgrade screen QEB/QAB/QLB series,
please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Connections

1) . Make sure that the factory optical fiber cable has been disconnected from the original head unit's ISO cable, and connected to the XTRONS ISO harness properly, see image below:

For CCC/CIC/NBT,
Connect one end of the AUX cable to the AUX (Audio Out) port of the XTRONS cable, and the other end to the AUX IN port in the car. Ensure that all connections are secure to avoid any issues.

For vehicles lacking an AUX input port, there are two options available:

a. FM Transmitter: Utilize an FM transmitter as an alternative solution. XTRONS FM02 is recommended.

b. Retrofit and Code AUX: Opt for retrofitting and coding AUX functionality at a professional workshop.

For EVO,
Connect the "Audio Out" marked AUX port of the XTRONS ISO wiring harness to one end of provided audio cable , then the other end of the audio cable to the audio box. Finally, connect the audio box to the USB port in the car. Ensure that all connections are secure to avoid any issues.

Step 3: Ensure that you unpair and forget your car's original Bluetooth from your phone's settings. This step is crucial to avoid any audio issues. If your phone has other Bluetooth devices saved, reset it and reconnect from the beginning.

Step 4: Testing the AUX or USB port in the car to ensure it is fully functional.

Step 5: Testing the "Audio Out" marked AUX port of the XTRONS ISO wiring harness to verify functionality.
Using a pair of wired headphones with a 3.5mm jack, connect them to the "Audio Out" marked AUX port.
Verify if sound is audible through the headphones. If sound is detected, this indicates that the XTRONS screen is operational, directing attention to verify wiring and settings.

Here are the two scenarios that require attention:️
Scenario 1: If sound output is present when playing music via Bluetooth, Android Auto, or CarPlay, but not during calls,
revisit Step 3 to ensure you are connected to Android Bluetooth rather than your factory Bluetooth.
Ensure the hands-free feature on your phone is enabled.
Additionally, go to the Car Info app on the device's desktop, then navigate to General Settings > Bluetooth Call Switch and uncheck it.

Scenario 2:After setting “AUX” or “USB/AUX” source in the OEM menu and confirming sound playback upon returning to the Android menu, if there is no sound again, return to the OEM menu to verify if AUX mode is still active. If AUX mode has been exited, set Audio Switch to “Manual switch” through this path:
