The original car amplifier will have no sound if you directly plug the connector marked red.

It is required to alter the aftermarket units ISO interface by switching the direction of the AUX connector. You can do this as shown in the below pictures. Unclip the AUX connector, turn it around and slot it back into the ISO interface. Now you are ready to connect the car’s interface to the ISO interface.
