TD693G no sound

TD693G no sound

I have a td693g which has stopped producing any sound. The wiring and speakers are fine, I’ve tried them with other head units and all work as they should, I’ve also tried the td693g in another vehicle and the problem persists.
I had this problem about 12months ago and was sent an update for it. Is there another update out that is likely to fix this?
Or is there anything else that can be done to fix it?

We are terribly sorry to know that your unit has no sound now, it is not a firmware issue, we would suggest you return it for inspection if it is still under warranty.

Thanks for the reply, That’s unfortunate, I purchased the unit on the 1st July 2016, so am I right in thinking that it is no longer within it warranty?
